Shipping

Items are posted out within 4 working days (subject to public holidays).
Standard postage via Australia Post takes approximately 2-6 business days from time of shipping to arrive.

Prices quoted for international post are for Standard Shipping rates with tracking included. This service takes on average approximately 10 business days from postage to arrival (it will differ for each individual country).

Refund Policy

If an item is faulty and/or listed incorrectly, a refund may be granted, provided the Vintage Sole swing tag has not been removed from the item. We do not accept returns for poor fit or change of mind. Faulty items must be returned within 7 working days.
