SHIPPING POLICY

We try and estimate packaged weight and dimensions as best as possible. It is our promise to reimburse all shipping overcharges greater than $2.00.

We ship exclusively through Canada Post. Canada Post will transfer the package to your country’s postal service or alternate delivery service once it enters the destination country.

Tracking information is provided once the item has been shipped and will be messaged to you. If you do not wish to purchase shipment options with a tracking number, the method of shipment will be provided to you ie “small packet air” or “international ground”. Items shipped with no tracking number cannot be tracked and are solely your responsibility.

It is not our responsibility to track your package. We are not responsible for any shipments that are processed and sent as they are now in the care and control of Canada Post or your country’s postal service or other delivery service. Any missing or delayed shipments are NOT our responsibility as they are in the care and control of Canada Post or your local postal service or alternate delivery service.

CUSTOMS/DUTIES & LANDED COSTS

We ship from Canada and any orders being shipped outside of Canada may be subject to your government’s laws and/or regulations regarding the importation of goods into your country.

When we ship an item outside of Canada, we follow all regulations s and guidelines with respect to customs and excise declarations. That includes but is not limited to the description of the contents, item origin, purchase price and any other information required by Canada Post, alternate carriers and government, regulatory or legal entities.

It is NOT our responsibility if your country’s government or customs and excise, postal department or any such entity charges you any landed costs including customs and excise fees, brokerage fees, duties or any other fees required on the delivery of your order.

It is best, before ordering any product from us, to check with your government, customs department and/or regulatory body and/or postal carrier to determine if there will be extra fees associated with the delivery of your order. HLJ at Home will NOT reimburse any extra fees associated with the above mentioned as these fees are beyond our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

HLJ at Home will always promise to work with you to help you get the products that you want and need.

If you require to return an item, please contact us immediately so that we may resolve any issues that you may have. When communicating with us in any manner, please be calm and kind. Any use of vulgar language, threatening remarks, derogatory statements, defamatory comments or any comments that may be libelous or slanderous in nature will not be tolerated and will result in loss of account privileges.

RETURN POLICY

All items purchased may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the receipt of the item. Sorry, there are no exceptions.

All items, unless damaged in transit, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All shipping charges will not be refunded as these were expenses incurred by HLJ at Home.

All shipments to us and costs related to such are your responsibility. We will NOT reimburse shipping fees.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We will attempt to provide all relevant information, pictures, graphics, colors and descriptions about all items on this site. At times, it is difficult to determine the color, size and shape of an item on either a computer monitor, tablet, phone or any other electronic device. We strongly suggest that you undertake further research on items that you wish to purchase to ensure that it is the right product for you.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

All items returned or exchanged must have the following:

They must be in their original state when sold to you.

Any parts, accessories or loose items that may be included with the original item(s).

If you do not have the original shipment box, it is your responsibility to package the returned item in a proper box that is secure and of proper size and dimensions for the item to ensure safe delivery.

Any marks, alterations, cracks, chips, cuts, tears or any type of issue that may render the item unable to be resold will not be accepted.

ALL ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED WILL BE INSPECTED BY THE STAFF AT HLJ AT HOME. IF WE DEEEM THAT THE RETURNED ITEM(S) THAT WE RECEIVED ARE NOT IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION WHEN SHIPPED, A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MAY NOT BE AUTHORIZED.

Please keep all relevant and trackable information of the returned package for your records. We are not responsible for any return shipments that are damaged, mislabeled, lost or misdirected.

For items that we shipped in error, please allow us to contact you with the proper shipping information as we will cover all costs on the returned item.
