About Condition

Since we deal in vintage clothing, we rank the condition of items based on the following standards to make it easier for customers to understand.

Unused or New Items

New or unused items, deadstock items, etc.

Items with little wear and in very good condition

Items with almost no wear and in excellent condition, items with minor stains or damage but still in good condition (like new).

Items with some wear but few stains or damage

Items with a general used feel but no noticeable damage or stains, items with some noticeable damage or stains but otherwise in good condition.

Items with wear, stains, or damage

Items with noticeable damage or stains, items with a strong used feel.

Items with significant wear and damage

Items with very strong damage, stains, and used feel (very poor condition).

Please note that the condition ranking is subjective and is just a guideline. Please refer to the product photos and descriptions along with the ranking. Minor damage, light stains, or slight fading may not be described if they are considered within the used feel.

About "Used Feel"

About Used Feel for Secondhand Clothing

Used clothing generally refers to garments, shoes, and other items that have been worn in the past. These items inherently possess a "used feel," and the condition varies for each product. At our store, we always provide additional information about noticeable stains, damage, or other concerns. However, in the following cases, we consider them part of the "used feel" and may omit images or additional details regarding their condition.

For items with a condition rank of "C" or "D," which exhibit numerous overall damages or stains, it is difficult to document or photograph every single flaw. Therefore, we only highlight significant issues on the product page. Thank you for your understanding.

Items included in the used feel:

Light stains, minor stains
Light sun damage, color fading, color variation
Small holes, tears, scuffs, frays, minor damage
Minor pilling, animal hair, human hair, dust
Minor repairs in inconspicuous areas
Inconspicuous pen marks
Replacement of all buttons
Minor cracks, deformation of buttons deemed not problematic for use
Minor issues with zipper insertion or sliding deemed not problematic for opening/closing
Print cracking and other deterioration
Elastic stretching and other deterioration

Although we take care to ensure product quality, undetectable "irreparable damage" due to aging can suddenly occur. If "irreparable damage" occurs, regardless of whether the item is new (including deadstock) or used, we will accept returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.

Our products are intended for use as fashion items only. We do not guarantee items for specialized uses such as sports or outdoor activities. Please note that we are not liable for any damage that occurs if used for purposes other than fashion.

About Deterioration of Special Materials

We do not generally note the functional deterioration of special materials (e.g., waterproofing or water repellency on outdoor wear) from a fashion perspective. Visible damage such as peeling or deterioration of coatings is noted, but inconspicuous deterioration may not be.

About Used Processing and Damage Processing Products

Some products have used processing or damage processing from new. We handle such products as regular used items or items with damage because it is difficult to distinguish them. We do not distinguish between used processing and damage processing.

About Size

Due to the nature of vintage clothing, each item varies in size depending on the country of manufacture, age, usage, and aging.

We source items from outside Japan, and size notation is generally based on each country's standards. Since there may be differences between international and Japanese sizes, we provide measurement values for detailed confirmation. Please compare these measurements with your own clothes.

All clothing measurements are taken flat.
Consider sizes carefully.
Some items may not be measured depending on their shape.
There may be measurement errors of 2-3 cm due to the measuring method.

We list the tag size set by the manufacturer. Even for items with the same "L size" notation, the size feeling may vary significantly depending on the brand, age, and country of manufacture. Please be sure to check the measurements.

About Wearing Feel

The wearing feel is a reference size based on our standards, judged comprehensively from the measurements.

About Colors

Due to the influence of lighting and shooting environment, there may be differences in color between the actual item and the published image. We strive to reproduce the color as close to the actual item as possible and to clearly state it in the description, but the color may differ depending on the type and settings of your monitor or mobile device.

For items that may appear faded or discolored due to lighting, we try to display the original color as much as possible. However, if it is difficult to determine the original color due to the degree of fading, we will describe the current color.

About Men's, Women's, and Kids' Items

We may list items as unisex even if they are men's or women's standard sizes, depending on size and design. The front placket direction may also vary by brand, so the division is approximate.

We generally list kids' items as women's items.

About Age

Even items listed as "80s" may include those from the late '70s or early '90s. We do not strictly list production years, instead basing the listing on the main production period indicated by the tag (including country of manufacture). Please consider this as a general reference. For items from 2000 to around 2010, we list them as "2000s," and items after that are listed as "-."

About Authenticity

We collaborate with reliable dealers outside Japan, and our experienced buyers continually update authenticity information to make multifaceted authenticity judgments. After customs clearance, our skilled staff in Japan recheck the authenticity.

About Pricing

We price vintage clothing based on our evaluation, considering factors such as market trends, rarity, size, and age. Prices may vary for the same item depending on the listing timing. Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not accept price negotiations.

About Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

About Returns

For items purchased from our online shop, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if you contact us. We do not accept any returns after this period. The start date is the delivery completion date recorded by the delivery company.

For items with "irreparable damage" or "significant differences from the page description" due to our fault, returns and refunds are possible if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not possible after 30 days due to the difficulty of confirming facts and mutual proof. We may ask for photos or the item in its current state for confirmation. If returning for confirmation, we will bear the return shipping cost, but if there is no fault found, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not accept returns for:

Sale items where returns are not accepted
Items returned after more than 30 days from delivery
Used or washed items
Items damaged or soiled by the customer
Items repaired or altered by the customer
Used items that were new and unused
Items returned without prior contact
More than three items returned by the customer in a month due to their convenience

About Return Shipping

There is no specific box or bag requirement as long as the item is well protected.

In case of customer's convenience:
Since there is no designated courier company, please use the one that is most convenient for you.

In case of our mistake:
After you contact us for a return, we will prepare an "import label" and send it to you via email. Please make a pickup reservation with DHL and return the item to us.

Request for Return Shipment:

・Return each item with the transparent plastic bag with the management item number tag attached.
・Return all plastic bags along with the items.
・Do not fold or tear the item number tags (the transparent plastic bags can be torn).
・Return items in as close to the original condition as possible.

※ If the items have excessive wrinkles or tobacco odor and are significantly different from the delivery condition, we may refuse the return.
※ Please note that we cannot issue refunds for any reason in case of loss or damage during the return shipment.

Return Shipping

For issues caused by our fault (items significantly different from the page description, immediately damaged upon arrival)
We will bear the shipping.
After you contact us for a return, we will prepare an "import label" and send it to you via email. Please make a pickup reservation with DHL and return the item to us.

For returns due to customer reasons (difference in image, size mismatch)
Please bear the shipping and handling fees.
Since there is no designated courier company, please use the one that is most convenient for you.

Refunds

After confirming the return items, w e will process the refund (cancellation of the charge, or correction of the amount) within five business days.

※For time-limited coupons
They will expire and not be returned if the refund processing exceeds the coupon expiration date.
We do not offer compensation for this.

Refunds Due to Buyer’s Mistakes

If the item is returned to us due to the buyer's mistake, such as refusal to accept delivery, unpaid customs duties,
or an incorrect address,we will refund the amount after deducting all costs incurred by us.
(round-trip shipping fees, customs duties paid on behalf of the buyer in the buyer's country, etc.).

About Exchanges

Since our items are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept exchanges.
If you wish for a different item, please return the item first and then place a new order.
This applies even for our mistakes; please return the item and place a new order.

About Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations in principle.
Please check the item description and size carefully before placing an order.

In some unavoidable cases, we may cancel your order due to our circumstances.

We may cancel your order if:
・The item is sold out due to time lag with other malls
・The item has defects discovered before shipping
・Other reasons preventing us from selling the item

About Refusing Orders

Shipping Method

DHL is our default shipping carrier; however, please note that if the delivery address is considered a remote area by DHL or due to the package size, the carrier may be changed to UPS or e-packet light by Japan Post without prior notice.

Delivery Carrier

Orders are generally shipped via DHL, and delivery to PO BOX addresses is not available.
Additionally, we cannot accept changes to the delivery address once the order has been placed.
If a change to the delivery address is necessary, a DHL delivery address change fee (approximately $10) will be charged to the buyer.

For Orders from Japan

Customers ordering from within Japan will have their items shipped via Yamato Transport.
Please note that in such cases, the eBay status will remain as "Shipped" and will not update further.
Additionally, the shipment confirmation email will be in Japanese due to system settings.

PAYMENT

Immediate payment is required upon selecting "Buy It Now" or upon checking out through the cart.

We accept payment via U.S. PayPal accounts and all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards & Google Pay.

We are legally required to collect sales tax in those states and localities where we maintain a physical presence (nexus).
