Payment Policy

Buy It Now: Immediate payment is required upon checkout.
Auctions & Offers: For auction wins and accepted offers, payment is expected within 48 hours. If payment is not received within 4 days, an unpaid item case will automatically open.
Combined Invoices: If you are participating in multiple auctions, please hold your payment until all items end. Send a message requesting a combined invoice so shipping costs can be discounted before you check out.

Returns and Cancelations

Raw Cards: We offer 30-day returns on raw singles, with return shipping paid by the buyer. Cards must be returned in the exact original condition. Please review all high-resolution scans carefully prior to purchasing. Raw cards are sold as-is (generally NM/MT or better unless noted) and we cannot guarantee they will meet specific numerical thresholds if submitted for professional grading.
Graded Slabs: All sales on graded cards are final. Because the condition and authenticity have been verified and encapsulated by a third-party grading company, we do not accept returns on slabs.
Transit Damage: If any item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue under eBay's buyer protection guidelines.

Combined Shipping: We gladly combine shipping on multiple items!
Standard Orders (Under $20): Shipped securely via eBay Standard Envelope. We charge a flat base rate, plus a small incremental fee for each additional card in the order.
Premium Orders & Slabs: High-value raw cards and encapsulated slabs are shipped safely in a bubble mailer or small box via USPS Ground Advantage to ensure maximum protection.
