Please read: I encourage all of my buyers to read the description and ask ANY questions before bidding on my items. I want to ensure the best service that I can provide to my buyers. All products come from a smoke-free/pet-free environment. I do not ship internationally.

Shipping/Payment: I do my best to ship within 24 hours of your payment . If I can not fulfill that promise, I will message you personally and tell you when I expect to ship your item. Please pay within the first 3 days that the auction ends. After 5 days I will open an unpaid case. This is more to start some sort of communication with the buyer. I do offer combined shipping, please message me if you plan on adding additional items to your purchases.

Returns: I will offer a refund to the buyer if I have completely made a mistake on my part in the listings. For example, any stain, hole, or discoloration that I did not mention in the listing. If you are not happy with your product or it does not fit right, then I will refund your item at your own expense. Refunds must be made within the first 10 days of which you received your item.

Honesty: A majority of the items I list are pre-owned. I wash all of my items before they are sent off. Because of the amount of items I bring in to sell, I am prone to make a mistake once or twice. Please message me kindly if you have an issue with your item. I am very easy going and strive to have a good experience with my buyers! I appreciate all of your support. Happy bidding!
