Exceptional original Aberdeen FC 1994-96 away jersey by Umbro, featuring one of the most distinctive and unmistakably 1990s designs produced for the Scottish club.

Introduced for the 1994-95 season and associated with Aberdeen’s mid-1990s Umbro era, this spectacular away shirt features a deep navy base dominated by an elaborate red and gold abstract graphic pattern across the upper body — a quintessential example of the bold experimentation that defined football shirt design during the decade.

The shirt features the classic Aberdeen FC crest prominently on the chest alongside the embroidered Umbro diamond branding, while the original NORTHSOUND RADIO sponsor provides one of the defining details of Aberdeen shirts from this period.

The extraordinary collar is another standout feature, combining a traditional fold-over construction with contrasting navy and gold stripes and a vivid red inner section. Together with the oversized graphic artwork, it creates a design that is instantly recognizable as classic mid-90s Umbro.

Unlike the increasingly standardized templates of modern football shirts, this jersey represents an era when manufacturers produced highly individual club designs. Its dramatic graphic treatment, period sponsor and unmistakable Umbro aesthetic make it a particularly appealing piece for collectors of Aberdeen FC, Scottish football and vintage 1990s kits.

A superb original example with outstanding display appeal and all the character expected from an authentic football shirt of this era.
