Authentic FC Barcelona away jersey manufactured by Nike from the iconic 2006-08 era, featuring Lionel Messi’s legendary #19 personalization.

This striking orange design is one of the most recognizable Barcelona shirts of the mid-2000s and represents a pivotal period in Messi’s career — before he inherited the legendary #10 shirt and while he was rapidly establishing himself as one of world football’s extraordinary young talents.

The shirt features the embroidered FC Barcelona crest, embroidered Nike Swoosh, classic blaugrana detailing around the collar and sleeves, LFP sleeve patch and MESSI #19 personalization across the back.

A particularly interesting collector feature of this example is its Brazilian-market / Made in Brazil version. Nike produced Barcelona shirts for different international markets during this period, with variations in manufacturing origin and construction. Brazilian-produced examples represent a distinctive regional variant of this iconic shirt and are considerably less commonly encountered in the international vintage-shirt market than the European-market examples typically seen by collectors.

Rather than simply being another example of the famous orange Barcelona away shirt, this Brazilian version adds an additional manufacturing and regional-market dimension that makes it particularly interesting for collectors who appreciate period Nike production variations.

The MESSI #19 personalization is especially significant. Messi wore #19 during this formative stage of his Barcelona career, making shirts carrying this number highly evocative of the period immediately preceding his transition to #10 and his emergence as the defining player of his generation.

The shirt presents extremely well overall, with the vibrant orange color maintaining excellent visual impact and the Messi personalization remaining a major focal point.

For full collector transparency, the original internal tags have been cut.

Additionally, the FC Barcelona crest has two small professional stitches/repairs, clearly documented in the photographs. They are localized and do not detract significantly from the shirt’s excellent overall presentation.

An outstanding combination of an iconic Barcelona design, early-career Messi #19 personalization and the distinctive Brazilian-produced Nike variant.

A highly collectible shirt representing the emergence of one of the greatest players in football history.
